My favourite author died Tuesday afternoon. Sidney Sheldon aged 89. He wrote 18 novels, an autobiography & done the screen play for Hart to Hart & Bewitched amongst others.
Has anyone else read any of his books?

yes, I have quite a few of his books too. I did not realise he was 89. He always had very strong women characters in his books.

I thought he was about 75 as could have swore he was 73 when he wrote his autobiography 2 years ago but obviously I was wrong.
I was reading an interview that he made a while ago on the net & he said he had strong women to show that women are important & are well able to do things that men done. He stressed he wanted his books to show that men & women are equal.
I'll miss his books but at least I still have John Grisham when I want a good fiction read. I've just started his latest offering which I bought before xmas.I tend to stick with non-fiction but love those 2 authors.
