I've always remained amused by an old Fingers interview back in the day listing his hobbies as sleeping and playing the piano!

Sorry to disappoint you or not Fodleg but I never worked as said establishment so Im not. We just coincidentally share the same name. I live in Dublin but I did live in London in the mid to late nineties (the Britpop years) when bands like Pulp , Geneva ,My Life Story and Suede made life bearable.I liked Blur also and good old GLR now BBC radio London. You must be pretty dedicated if your buying a Fingers solo album. Keep posting.

I did some promotons for a Geneva gig. You can have a listen to them here:

Around that time I can remember promoting indie bands such as Catatonia. One of the best gigs around that era was actually when 3 bands played on the same bill - China Drum, Carrie, and Cable.

I know its slightly off topic but I'll check those bands out. The mid nineties Belle and Sebastian were very good also and I first heard Clinic on GlR/ BBC London  (on Domino) who I highly rate and have "followed" ever since. Regards.
