Can't remember what I was doing for Live Aid as I was only a kid but for Live 8 I was in the RDS in Dublin for an Elton John gig. As he was peforming at Live 8 1st the concert organisers opened the gates for the start of Live 8 and played it on big screens until our gig started biggrin It was a brilliant day spent lying on the grass in glorious sunshine smile

that was the same thing with myself laying on the grass catchin some sun with a wine cooler in one hand and ham sandwich in the other.
