I, like the vast majority of people will be saddened by the events in London today and our condolences to the families who have lost loved ones.
Terrorism of any form (whether on the streets of London today, Madrid last year, in Uganda or Zimbabwe) should not be accepted - these people care nothing of the ordinary citizens who's lives they affect. I hope they are caught and dealt with swiftly in the courts.
I applaud the G8 members for continuing their meeting (with the exception of Blair who rightly has returned to London at this time of crisis) and trust their talks will bring hope to millions in Africa and beyond.
Well said, Alison. Humanity has a lot to look forward to and we have to help by keeping strong, despite setbacks like this. A long walk to justice. There seems to be some evidence left behind, so hopefully the culprits will be found. It's too bad they feel that this is the only way to communicate. May God have mercy on them.
