Has anybody read this book?

It came out the same day as the London Bombings and is about...terrorists bombing London (at an Arsenal V's Chelsea football match). I saw it on Saturday and thought it sounded interesting - it's written mostly in first person narrative ..from a lady who loses her husband and son in the blast writing to Osama telling him of her life before, during and after the event.

I found it sad, funny, depressing and chillingly accurate (there's a bit after the bomb when the writer mentions lifting up a bag on the Circle Line and asking who's it is...sent a shiver down my spine). It portrays a strong lead character but weak London which I wouldn't agree with (in it London becomes paranoid about security and sends up barrage balloons to keep watch). I think the people of the UK are more resilient than that!!

I don't think it's out yet in the US (unless in hardback) but I would recommend it - it will definately make you think.

Sounds as though no-one has heard of it. Have you tried Amazon? You may have some luck there.
