Has anything happened lately? With the hurricane(s) mess(es), no news has been getting around. What's happening, world?

Aha Meekus is finally back!  Tango, by any chance do you know of a 1960's band from Hull called the Hullaballoos, who all had blond hair & dressed mod, had someting to do with a castle with a name like Chichestor? They were one of my favorite bands, especially Ricky Knight (they had also been called Ricky Knight & the Crusaders)?????????????

Saturday in WashingtonDC there will be a huge anti-war rally led by the Cindy Sheehan lady who has been protesting outside President Bush's ranch in Texas.

On Tuesday I attended an environmental rally on the steps of the Capitol to protest the idea of drilling for more oil in the arctic wildlife refuge of Alaska and Canada where the caribou migrate and give birth, a land sacred to the Gwitch'in Indians. Senators Kerry and Clinton spoke, as did the Indian people.

We gave the Earth a prayer.

Hi Tango, it's the first link, the CUTE ones on the stairs, that's them! I had a big crush on Ricky Knight (real name Ronald Mitchell)...sent him some Easter bunny candy at Easter when they played in the US at Palisdes Park New Jersey, and I also got to see them in New York City.He wrote to thank me for the candies, when he got back to Hull, from an address that looked like it said Anlaby Road. He asked for my picture but he didn't write back after that!!!Oooohhh I was crushed for a few years but managed to get over it! Maybe your dad knows them?
