Dear Bob,

 

I'm coming to IOW festy to watch you and your band the BTRs.

 

It would give me immense pleasure if we could meet you after the show for a beer.   Well noone else has to be there except you and me actually but i think that perhaps the other fans would all be jealous and spiteful, especially that Jules who would go the colour of green!!! 

So, maybe you could get me some protection if we are to meet up just the two of us.  Perhaps a new name, address and life might be in order.......

Seriously Bob can we have a beer after the gig? can we, can we, can we???? oh pleeeeeaaaaassssseeeee go on!

Anyway Suss wants to get it together with Ms Harry at the festy, so perhaps you can get him a back stage pass and let him serve deb's beers for her (i wonder what she does drink?), so then thats him sorted and preoccupied with trying to realise his life-long dream and fantasy..... which means we have one less over zealous fan to worry about...

and Jules we can just buy a coke and bag of crisps and sit her in your dressing room telling her you are going to change and put some aftershave on for when you give her an almighty cuddle later on (she will wait HOURS for that!)......

...... meanwhile we will be having a beer and a catch up about life and the universe.......

well.... erm well i approach bob and give him me diamond smile and say 'you do me in' and then say 'always someone looking at you so how about meeting me on monday after show? i can make it if you can.... he says but i dont like mondays so i say well you gotta look after no.1, he says its a rat trap here baby, but it feels like i wanna get away to be with you, so i say 'does it? right.'  so i say 'tell them your mate, joey, is on the street again and you have to help him and so leave the party, he says 'yeh could work like clockwork' so he tells everyon about his mate and then says he has to say goodbye to debbie, i say yeh shes so modern still, he says yeh she's changed her name from mary who was in the 4th form at my mates school.

beneath that sweet persona she normally shows is a fearsome TIGER ready to claw me to shreds if i so much as get a kiss from Bob.
