Bob is now doing his bit to tackle corruption by teaming up with a pressure group:

Wonder what his critics on this subject have to say about this?

Even his critics would have to agree that this is going to go a long way, hopefully, in getting the money to the people who need it. Funds have been disappearing for years, not only recently. I'm somewhat following the Kenyan developments, thanks to BBC. Sudan is undoubtedly another case in point. Good for Sir Bob!

I hope something inroads can be made on this. It is a massive barrier to progress, along with with barriers put up by the Western world.

Me too! When the money for social services keeps being put into private bank accounts etc., naturally the people supplying the aid have a tough row to hoe because they know the money is most likely being misspent yet at the same time they are humanitarians...they have to actually oversee the uses of the monies but that's extremely difficult. What a wonderful world it could be if those in power were not so greedy. We can only try!
