I am putting together a collection of my personal favourite Geldof photos from the earliest rats days to the present. A sort of musical and personal journey through time. Some of them are very funny to look at now. A real retro fashion show. This will be edited and added to when required.

Added a few new ones over the weekend.  A really lovely one of Bob and his dad.  Or you can view them in group sets of "Young Bob","The Rats" and  "20 years later" on

P.S. did anyone see Bob on outake TV on Friday? Good laugh. He was being interviewed outside 10 Downing St, thought the link had gone and started doing a song and dance act.

That's quite relaxing watching that slide show Scottie!


There's some real fashion statements there alright.


That expression on Bob's face as he sits in the boat pretending to row (lest we forget "Sail 8")is priceless. I see The Sunday Times lifted that one for their Rich List supplement last weekend. Can't imagine why?!

I have put some very tongue in cheek comments on some of them. I dont think he will be ofended. One thing Bob can do is laugh at himself. He has a good sense of humour. If anyone can come up with funny,(not too rude) captions for the other ones, I will consider them.

I think that spotted shirt is glued to his back. He wears it everywhere. I presume he has got a few in his wardrobe. Thanks for your comments. It is a bit of fun really and  hopefully will also  educate people who dont know a lot about Bob's work and would not necessarily look at his website. Over 450 hits now.

I just had to share this one with you. Doesn't he scrub up well? This was at Elton John's Aids fundraising event at his mansion last year. Probably the only time we will see the KBE. In fact I am going to put this on a separate thread.
