Thanks Derek. Good news, if it happens. This is in Hertfordshire. The Truth, Blockheads and others are mentioned on the website but the Rats are yet to be shown as a confirmed act.

Yes, pretty amazing.  Massive step up from the Let's Rock and Rewind festival they have appeared in in recent years.

Also as they are headliners, should be an elongated set. I hope.

Ticket booked for the whole she-bang, though judging by number one son's experience at Boomtown, might wimp out and call Mrs. ArrGee to collect me before the end if the weather isn't up to scratch.   Hopefully I can make it to Saturday night as a bare minimum.  Might spend a fair amount of time in the Jolly Fisherman, The Oak or the Waggon & Horses, especially when FA Cup Final is on.

Don't suppose anyone else is going?   You ain't sharing my tent if you are!

Is this the best weekend festival line up ever? And more Saturday acts to be announced!

Rats + Hugh Cornwell Friday night

Happy Mondays + Undertones + From The Jam + Ohasis on Saturday

Selecter + Skids + The Farm + The Blockheads + The Truth + Secret Affair on Sunday

I suspect this wont happen and will be rescheduled.  Rats probably wont be able to play on any rearranged date.

Anyway it was so good in 2021, I have booked again for 2022. Will be more or less worth £53 for From The Jam on their own. Also Peter Hook, Big Country, Ruts DC, Rezillos, Neville Staple and Bootleg Beatles. With more to follow.

Will head down the pub when Bad Manners are on.

Also its the jubilee weekend, so best to get out of town.
