I've noticed the FB communications have changed to more straightforward English in the last few weeks. I think they got the message after lots of complaints.
Would be nice if the writer would just introduce him or her self. It's all rather anonymous. Look at what a great Jules and Scotty do on Facebook and Twitter. They are great communicators and are always on the ball.
