Well here we are with the 2nd single and this is tough.My thought on the second single changes a lot.For example I like the album version of Elephants Graveyard but thought the single was lacking the final verse where as House On Fire was better being shorter.I also prefer the album version of Heres A Postcard.So here we go.

Apart from Diamond Smiles (had Late Last Night been the A side, would have been a far higher ranking) all the second singles are pretty good. Seems a bit unfair that Heres a Postcard only got 2 points, but it has serious competition.
I guess Rat Trap should win 3rd single (though arguably Someones Looking and Dave are two of the Rats best singles) and Hold of Me has zero competition for fourth single.

Like Clockwork was the clear winner and not much between 2nd and 5th.House On Fire was way of at 6th and Heres A Postcard way last.

Would have been better to mark the songs out of ten. This way would have avoided having to give low scores to good songs. Songs could also have equal merit. I give here my marks out of ten vs the '7-1' Danish system! In summary the only song I don't rate is Heres a Postcard.
