I've trained Bobs voice on Voicify ai to basically cover any song. While not perfect results have been resonably good. I've done Geldof singing Fall Down and Play to Win.
Some songs work better than others. Some pretty good ones so far are Bowies Letter to Hermoine, Stacks by Pulp, Costello New Amsterdam and currently working on Radiohead No Surprises.
If anyone has any requests I can try out a cover for them. I would be interested in feedback and I can send you the mp3. It's good fun and I've used classic Geldof voice from late 70s early 80s. I can even get young Bob to sing Citizens era Rats or Bob to cover Gerry Cott!
How about SOS by Abba? It is my current earworm. Was worryingly singing it on my Dublin flights this weekend...
Voicify does a decent job, not perfect but interesting. Stacks turned out pretty good, very 'Geldofy' ,as did ai Bob doing Gerry Cott's Alphabet Town.
Basically I uploaded about 10 mins of isolated vocals from Go Man Go, Elephants Graveyard, Dave, Having my Picture Taken and I Can Make It and a few more from around 79-85.
I can email you a few songs if you like. Another good one was Rock and Roll by Velvet Underground and Life on Mars. This technology is still in it's infancy. Ive heard good Elvis and Sinatra ai covers. Btw Voicify charges around 38 euros to train a voice but I was fascinating by the idea of hearing a reasonably accurate model of BG's voice cover other songs.
Geldof doing SOS might try it at some stage. The Only Ones actually covered Abbas Does Your Mother Know.

Pierce Brosnan and Meryl Streep did a version of SOS for the Mamma Mia movie Amazingly as far as Amazon music is concerned there are no other covers, though a few songs with the same title.
