All seated?   £68 for London?  £61 for Cambridge?   Barrowlands is the only general admission. Mmmm, not so sure about that.

All dates on sale Friday 6th December.

£68 for London is a bit over the top but I am willing to pay it.My gut feeling is that this will be the last tour.

This tour may not happen at those prices!  I cant see 3,500 people turning up at Hammersmith, nor over 1,000 in Cambridge. By way of comparison, I paid £30 to see Stranglers 50th anniversary gig at The Royal Albert Hall earlier this year.  Even The Palladium three years ago was £51.   The Damned are selling tickets for half price for their current tour outside London.

I think Hammersmith Odeon is too big.  I went there for the Ziggy 50th anniversary showing of the movie and it was like watching on my mobile from the circle.

Audley End is in Essex near Stansted Airport. 15 minutes on train.

Sales in Liverpool look pretty abysmal. Front row seats still available. York still has seats from 5th row back.
Hammersmith has sold front centre section of stalls but plenty of seats elsewhere.
Large venues and high prices, need a lot of promotion.

Glad there were no VIP seats at the front at any of the venues. Might get a bit of atmosphere down the front.

Cork looks good with Squeeze on the bill as well.  Maybe there will be a GAA quarter final in Cork on that weekend.  Wont worry about Dublin, as I am likely to be in Clare at that time.

The Boomtown Rats will light up both Dublins St. Annes Park on June 1st and Virgin Media Park in Cork on June 21st.

Bit of a downgrade

ROGER DALTREY will perform an exclusive UK show in the grounds of the stunning Audley End Estate in Saffron Walden, Essex on Friday, 1st August 2025 Very special guests will include OCEAN COLOUR SCENE and CAST

Ocean Colour Scene played Audley End this summer, surprised they are back again.   Maybe Stranglers and Boomtown Rats could be support for someone else like Sex Pistols, PIL or Damned...

They can stick those 2 festivals in Ireland somewhere where the sun does not shine. They are not even the last band playing.
I still cannot understand why they are not playing in a concert hall in Dublin to mark their 50th anniversary.Has politics got in the way somewhere?.

I suspect there will be a standalone gig in Dublin towards end of year.  Might not be announced until after these gigs take place.  Don't think politics has anything to do with it.

I may be in Cork that weekend, so hoping the sun does shine . Squeeze and Boomtown Rats is a decent double bill.
