I've seen them live last night here in Berlin. I've liked them for some years (since the album "Regeneration"), these days they're getting a lot of airplay on the radio.
I had high expectations and was wondering if it "worked" live, but it did, I was really impressed and not disappointed at all! There were lots of people on the stage: drums, bass and guitar, plus two keyboards, extra percussion and a violin and a cello. The guy behind it, Neal Hannon, was really funny on stage, very entertaining! And he has such a great voice. If you don't know them yet, try their new album "Victory for the comic muse". And they're on tour in France and Belgium, the UK and Ireland later in October and November.
