Sir Bob has very kindly supplied a signed photograph to be auctioned on ebay in order to raise funds for Equine Market Watch. There is no end to his charity is there?
It appears that many of you already have your own photographs taken with him and probably won't be bidding but we could still use your help if you wouldn't mind. Could you take a few seconds to click on this link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190040447405&ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:UK:11 and click to "watch this item"? The more watchers we have, the higher up the rankings the item will go and we are aiming for the main pulse page where we could possibly attract more bidders!
I do hope you can help us to raise much needed funds for horses in need. I'm sure Sir Bob is hoping the photo will sell well too!
I'll add this to my myspace for you. Many of my 'friends' are Geldof fans too. Others may do this as well? I can't think where else to put it, but if I think of somewhere I will. Unfortunately it isn't something I'd bid on personally. Although I wish you luck in raising a substantial sum for your cause.
Thank you very much both of you. If you could pass on the link to friends who might add to their watch list that would be fantastic.
We would like to do Bob's generosity the justice it deserves as it was really very kind of him to help out when he has so many other causes close to his heart.
There will also be several signed items coming up for auction in November on Radio Forth's Help a Child appeal. I donated them last year. Will keep you posted as to exactly when.
