I spotted it on Sunday and forgot to post here - no other information as yet though.  I hope it is in the south of England!

He has done Hay on Wye for a few years now. Wales is a bit far for me to go, even for Bob.

Hope it is Hay, But will it be a concerts or a talk. He has done both at Hay in the last few years. Either way, where ever it is, I will be there. Kaz.

When I last looked on the Hay festival site, he was not listed on the programme. Last time, they had him up well before.

I put a message on the Festival's noticeboard and got a reply from Peter Florence. Definitely the 29th for Bob's concert.

This is the reply from Peter, with further info. Sadly, the only UK gig, at the moment. Hopefully he is too busy working on the much awaited new album. ( won't hold my breath). So if you want to see him live this year, then Wales it is.
Probably onstage 9pm. You will have to book. The Rats are the Festival's house band and are much loved here, and this is their only UK gig this year. They played some of the new material in Cartagena in January. It's VERY good.

Price - tbc. What would you expect? I think they went out at £17 two years ago here.

Crikey!  They played some stuff less than five years old.

I have asked Peter Florence, the director, if it would be possible to do a podcast of the gig this year. They do podcasts of the talks, so I don't see why not. Told him I knew lots of people who would download it. Will let you know what he says.
