Good video of Beat of the Night. Some years ago, do not know where. But it is back to front. As you can see, Bob appears to be right handed and the writing is back to front too. Good quality though. Can't say it is one of my favourite songs.

A good find, Scottie! Lol, thanks. That was around the time when I first saw Bob. Note the dancers/backing singers, one of them playing bass, while Pete Briquette plays guitar. No idea who the drummer is.

"Azzuro 87" and "Stefanel" it says somewhere mirrored - I wonder what it was. Something for tv? It looks much like play back. And it seems to be shot in a lovely theatre - Italy, maybe?

When you have the Live AID DVD, you must have seen that page in the booklet that shows the first draft of the lyrics for "Do they know it's Christmas?". Bob wrote them in his diary.
Have you ever wondered what Bob had written on the back of that page (probably not)?
Well I did, and I found that they are the lyrics for The Beat of the Night!
So that proves that those were written in 1984.

'Flopping' is the term for mirroring an image in film/TV,
but you don't usually see a whole program flopped!!!!!
Maybe its a first....
