What is with these people? Their son was an addict, slept with Bobs wife while she was married to Bob, got Paula hooked on drugs, and was indirectly responsible for her demise. Bob is Satan? I don't think so! Read below...
HUTCHENCE'S MOTHER: "GELDOF IS SATAN"
"The mother of late rocker MICHAEL HUTCHENCE has branded BOB GELDOF "satan" for his treatment of his former wife PAULA YATES' daughter TIGER LILY. Patricia Glisser insists the musician-turned-campaigner has severed all ties with her family since becoming the legal guardian of the 11-year-old - who was fathered by Hutchence - and refuses to let her visit her Australian relatives. She says, "He's certainly not a saint. I can't see that side of him at all. I think he is Satan." "I think he is very cruel, very cruel to keep her from her family. I am not allowed to speak to her on the phone. He's even changed the phone number." And Glisser reveals Geldof, 55, now plans to adopt the child because he is greedy - despite the former Boomtown Rats singer having an estimated personal fortune of more than $60 million (GBP30 million). She adds, "Whoever gets the child gets the inheritance. He has control of Michael's money." Tiger's mother, Yates, left Geldof for Hutchence in 1996 after 10 years of marriage. Yates died of a drug overdose in 2000. Hutchence was found hanged in a Sydney, Australia hotel room in 1997. "
I have been gettting messages about this from friends iin OZ. This is roughly my standard reply. It is all over the papers here too. Bob loves Tiger deeply. You can tell that when he talks about her. What does he need her money for? he has plenty of his own. I would say SHE is the one after her money. It cant be easy bringing up TL. She was in bed with her mother when she died and saw all sorts of things. She was with Bob and the girls within half an hour of Paula's death.
I couldn't agree more, Scottie. He has always said that he wants Tiger to grow up knowing her family and sisters. I feel she is better off with bob. I also get a sense that Bob does not say negative things about her mother to Tiger, so he is very considerate of her feelings and well-being.
You know , at the time of the custody hearing, this woman's late husband, Tiger's own grandfather said that he had never seen her happier and that she was where she belonged. He would be turning in his grave now.
