Over the next few weeks there will be quite a few magazine articles about Bob's activities. Next weeks radio times has a nice three page feature on Bob. And there is a nice Brits magazine currently out, and the good thing about it is that it is free and can be got hold of at places like HMV, Virgin, Woolworths etc.
We will try and keep you up to date with new periodicals as soon as we have details.
Just a couple more for you (UK). There is a Jon Wilde feature in this month's Uncut Magazine. This trendy read also includes great stuff on Tamworth's arts druid Julian Cope. Tonic For The Troops CD gets a review from Ian Henderson in this month's Mojo. He kinda likes it. States that in his opinion tonic is the best of the 6 albums. mmmm!!!!

Always worth reading about Julian Cope. Head On is one of the best autobiog I ever read.
And Tonic is the best. Not only of the six but of the entire seventies

Julian Cope was in both Mojo (Marley) & Uncut (Stones - last month's).
This month's uncut (Queen on front) has a great review of the release with spot on ratings (well almost!)
as they see it
Boomtown Rats Tonic Surfacing Mondo V Deep Long Grass
IMHO I'd add one onto them all (I'm a fan!) and swap the rating for Mondo & V Deep to give
Boomtown Rats Tonic Surfacing (maybe deserves an extra !) Mondo V Deep Long Grass

Got Brits mag from HMV, one page ad for the re-released CDs. Two page articles on Geldof and FF (everyone else gets one or less!) A very nice picture of Geri Halliwell's cleavage on p55 !!!
Lots of kudos to FF, they didn't even bother with an ad for their album (everyone else has!). Reckon they could bag 5 awards, and must get the big two of best album and group. Strange Take Me Out isn't up for the single award but Do They Know It's Christmas is. Geldof may get two awards!
I picked up the Brits mag and the Radio Times. I've not read the articles yet, but someone PLEASE tell Bob to get a hair cut, it's awful He's an incredibly sexy individual, but that hair ruins him
I suppose he's used to leaving his hair the way it is...one of the perks of his celebrity status is that he can get away with stuff like that, and still say what he wants to say to important politicians and people. Like he's said before, he's never really cared about maintaining his hair, from childhood up through today - so again, if he can get away with it, so be it.
Still though, I agree with you in that I personally would like to see his hair a little more well kept! Sometimes with videos (such as his marriage and single fathers documentaries), I am distracted from the serious points he's trying to make by that bizaare hair!!
