I've been searching for ages now, and finally got a copy of the B-side to the 45 of I Don't Like Mondays, ie. It's All The Rage.
Man, that took forever! A song from my youth, and I even rented a phonograph to digitalize the damned thing!
Here's my question: to whom do I inquire as to the rights to this song, as I'd like to use it as a soundtrack to my website. I've been all over the web, and haven't been able to suss out who I would contact to get the permissions for this.
Of course, I could just put it up as background music, but I have too much respect for Bob and the BTR to do that. If anyone has a contact that I could email/speak to/snail mail/fax/or otherwise inquire of, it'd be much appreciated!
Hi Seán, My copy says Ensign Records did the original recording and the publishing Rights. Are they still around? Do they have the rights? I don't know. Its a great song. Post up your website.

The songs are owned by Geldof (try www.geldof.info) and published by
ArrGee, TopHat, thanks for the info. That's much more detailed than I expected... not sure why! This seems to be the place to get ANY info on the Rats I'd need!
I will post up the site, if I've got permissions, and once it's live.

No, ask him yourself.

I can't but it's easy enough. Click on your name on top right after you log in, then on left hand side click on avatar, and then link to an image or upload a file. Simples.
