Geldof interview in this months' (April!) Q

Sadly no link, you'll just have to read it @ WH Smith like me   Basically Geldof says cnut a lot and slags off the Clash as phoney!


Also had Rat Trap as an essential punk download elsewhere.

Can't remember the whole article but mentioned that Joe & Paul Simonon (or Mick Jones) saw themseleves as the new Mick 'n' Keef, and that he didn't think they did anything of worth prior to London Calling (which I kinda agree with, bar the odd track or two).


Would buy Q if is wasn't such a poor mag!

I'm nnot bothered about the rest of the mag, it has a Geldof article in it so I didn't think twice about the £3 for it

Nothing you wouldn't know already, but some caustic comments on Weller as well as the Clash.  Not worth buying the mag for, as it doesn't say too much.
