Playing in Bristol, Gloucester, Hastings and Colchester next week, Carbon/Silicon is the band recently formed by Mick Jones, Tony James, Danny The Red and William Blake. Drawing on years of experience collectively gained in bands like The Clash, Big Audio Dynamite, Generation X, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Fin de Siecle, Flag of convenience (with Steve Diggle) and several others you'd be excused for being surprised that they've come up with an entirely new sound and not opted for the simple option of playing some old numbers. They're Bluesy in a Punk sort of way and Jazzy in a funk sort of way...well actually you can't quite put a label on it as not for the first time in their careers they're trying something completely new.

Keeping it small and very tight there's a personal touch and a lot of fun in every show.

And of course you're all welcome to visit my site http://www.gigvideo.co.uk where you'll find a bit more info and quite a lot of video and audio if you're too shy or you'd like to try before you buy (save that for a song line eh Arrgee?).

I'd love to do more Arrgee but unfortunately I've been headhunted by and am now under contract to Simon Cowell. He saw my lyrics and got in touch saying that with my ability to drag up a 25 year old song, modernise it and knock it out for a quick buck apparently I'd be a natural partner for him.

Says he's going to make me a star!!!!

What d'ya think about The magic suitcase? We love it!!!!!!

 Standing at the airport,

 behind the yellow line,

waiting for bomb disposal,

hope I catch my flight on time...........
