Peaches Geldof's 'Inside the Teenage Mind'

Hey All,

I saw an advert in last month's Sky magazine about a TV show to be shown in April called 'Inside the Teenage Mind' that would be presented by Peaches. The only thing was, they didn't say what channel it was on or when it was on (stupid, huh?).

I was just wondering if any of you guys knew? I've searched Google and Sky.com but couldn't find anything - boo =(

Thanks in advance!

Peaches Geldof, daughter of Bob Geldof and Paula Yates, will make her television debut presenting a teen documentary. The 16-year-old, whose middle name is Honeyblossom, has written and will present the documentary Inside the Mind of a Teenager Sky One Monday 25th April 9pm.

Peaches' younger sister Pixie, 14, has appeared as an interviewer on satellite television program It's a Girl Thing, while older sister Fifi Trixibelle, 21, works as an intern on music channel MTV.

Peaches Geldof - Inside the Mind of a Teenager is a one hour long distinctive British look at the struggles of being a teenager.

Hope this helps

You, my friend, are a star! Thanks so much!

I thought, because I couldn't find out when the show was on, that it'd already been on and I had missed it.

Yay for me, thanks again!

I was checking out the forum for some news on Live 8 or Live Aid II (which I heard was a definite goer on the TV news last night) but, having found no satisfaction, have decided to ressurect this thread.

Did anyone else see this programme?

I watched it with my 14 year old daughter who I fear has more in common with the kids clearing up rubbish from a wasteland interviewed in the programme than Peaches Geldof. Peaches looks a lot like Bob (except better) and is quite a well spoken, intelligent girl. Don't know that she made any ground-breaking revelations about the teenage mind though!

I'd be mightily impressed if the girl used her brains to give her Dad a hand with this rumoured Live Aid II thing

Hi

I saw some of it, my recorder stopped recording for some reason part way through.

No she didn't really say anything new about teenagers, it may have been 20 years ago for me but I remember it as though it was yesterday.

She's obviously very intelligent (takes after her parents) and seems mature, but still has a lot to learn about life. I'm not sure where she derived some of her opinions from though!

I watched it with my mum..and as I'm 18 and technically still a teenager she kept piping in every now and again 'oh yeah, that's just like you, that is', y'know the way parents do. Even though, na...not actually anything like any of the people in it...y'know, past that stage..

She seemed fairly eloquent...but, like, sheltered..you know the way she was trying to define being a typical teenager when in actual fact she's anything but!! I was loving the way she went to see those gobby louts and that feeling of realization she had. Loved it.

She seems like a really nice girl, and yeah, kidneybean, she does look like Bob! She has the same kinda face shape..yeah, she's pretty too. One teeny little thing that bugged me a little is the way her face is so pale but the rest of her has a bit of a tan..like in this picture . She's really pretty but, y'know, two-tone's never gonna be in vogue!

But yeah, she seems like a very nice, intelligent girl. Hope we see more of her in the future!

So, staceychaos that makes you a bit of a star!

My daughter showed me a recent article by Peaches in ElleGirl or some similar magazine on the subject of hair extensions.......... I now think the subject of the teenage mind was maybe interesting after all!

But she is a good girl really........She gave a good interview at Live 8 Hyde Park and is photographed with her Dad and Paul McCartney in this week's Hello magazine.......wearing a Boomtown Rats top!!!!! She also said The Killers were her favourite band so has good taste in music.........

I read she's going to Russia to make a documentary on teenagers there but the documentary I want to see her make is the one where she goes to Africa to talk to teenagers there.

I'd like to see a 'wacky' family documentary...not a distasteful one.

There's a bit in Peaches' documentary where she says something like 'cool, so I can say to Dad "it's not my fault, it's my brain...I'm a teenager"'. It made me wonder about what their home life is like. Can you imagine Bob interacting with his kids? It'd be fun to see.

I mean, a lot of these types of documentaries go too far but if Bob controlled it..it would only be what he wanted to be shown. I mean, there would be repercussions about doing such a documentary...y'know the usual stuff that the critics and cynics say but I think, as long as Bob had a say in it and everyone involved was happy..it'd be kinda cool =)

Today my friends were over here and we read this here. And we didnt see where Peaches look like her father at all. We agreed she looks more like her mom. Not daddy. She has alittle of him in her eyes but eveywhere else. no way the whole face sculture is diffrent and my friend is good with sculpturing. lol......So maybe you see this but we didnt. Doesn't matter though she has a great daddy regardless of her not looking like him.
