just read about the so-called "gold circle" for about 13,000 people in front of the stage. It says that only holders of VIP tickets have the right so stand there - and that it will be surrounded by a huge fence! I know that Live8 has sold expensive "corporation tickets", but I think I remember those have been only about 1,000. Where do the other 12,000 "gold tickets" come from? Also from the txt lottery? I thought all tickets won there were equal, weren't they? Now, I'm a bit confused about that, please let me know if you know better!
I still have an offer from someone willing to sell me two tickets from the lottery for a relatively acceptable price. But if having such a tickets means to have to stand at least 100 metres away from the stage and having to look through a fence, I'd rather prefer watching the screens in Hyde Park for free...
