Here is the new run down of acts to be performing in Philly, according to the ABC local broadcast station which will air the special.
Live 8, the most anticipated concert event in 2 decades, will rock the Parkway on July 2nd, and 6ABC is the only broadcast television station bringing it home to you! Hosted by Philadelphia's own Will Smith, the star studded line-up includes, Bon Jovi, Maroon 5, P. Diddy, Stevie Wonder, Jay-Z, The Dave Matthews Band, Sarah McLachlan, Rob Thomas, Keith Urban, Kaiser Chiefs , Linkin Park, Destiny's Child , Black Eyed Peas, Alicia Keys, Justin Timberlake, Josh Groban, Ludacris, and more!

Although I love the lineup in London, they have some of the greatest names in music history, the Philly cast is more of today's top 10 music. Of all the acts in London only three have had a top 10 American hit in the last few years by my estimate. In Philly, 12 of the acts have had a top 5 hit in the U.S. in the past three years. And three, Wil Smith, Black Eyed Peas and Ludacris all currently have top 10 hits. But I own far more albums of the acts in London which shows my music taste, Coldplay, The Killers, Sting, U2, Snow Patrol, Keane.
