Will have a listen later on the BBC iplayer. Seems the single is getting bit of air play. Used to listen to Simon Mayo on   BBC 5 live before he moved to R2 so maybe Simon will give it  some play as well. Hes of that vintage!

The short interview is on BBC Iplayer Chris Evans Show 25 January.

The Geldof interview starts at 2:08 so just move the dial there for quick access.
Evans asks Bob how he became "good at music again". Flattering but did Chris not hear Sex Age and Death.

Still think the single is only ok after hearing it a few times. To contrast it with the first single off SAD One For Me would win hands down.

I didn't know One For Me was released as a single, I thought the only release off SAD was Pale Blue Girls. Do you know if there were any extra tracks on it or was it download only?. I think the new single is a grower, I thought it was okay the first time I heard it but now I can't get it out of my head.

Sorry Laibach I think you're right about Pale White girls {certainly not blue!! girls} being the only single. You must have been watching Avatar, maybe in 3D.

I always get confused because Bob performed One For Me a few times on television when SAD came out therefore I used to think it was a single. My mistake.

Maybe I wanted the new single to be a bit rockier, edgier or something. Its got a sort of Happy Club vibe to it and the orchestrated part vaguely reminds me of something else which I can't exactly pin down. I know its catchy but it also seems a bit disposable and lightweight too. Still like his lyrics and his voice and maybe and hopefully there are better tracks on the album.

The track Mary Says sounded good from the Amazon sample.
