Review of Jeff Sachs lecture

From Business Week, as carried on atu2.  The Business Week direct link kept crashing my browser.

Bono introduced Jeffrey Sachs for a New York University lecture last week.

No, thoroughly out of cash.  Why I'm taking the train home after MSG rather than a taxi.  Wanted to go, but I like eating and electricity and such.  (I bought the MSG tix ages ago, when there was some spare cash around.)

Also why I'm NOT going to the U2 fanbase ingathering in Vegas (November 4,5 shows).  BUMMED at that one!!!!

Hmmm...there's an idea.  Do I get more if I take my shirt off?

Wait - if you book me in the UK, I could mud wrestle with ArrGee in a U2 v Rats thing.  Excellent Trash!  I need to call my agent!

Edited to add:  If I was in the UK, I could even watch the Geldof in Africa DVD and listen to Pete's Chill Out CD!  What a fooking concept!

His book "The End of Poverty" has sold well in the bookstore where I work and it is an excellent one. Thanks for the posting Franna!
