I have just read about a camp near Ethiopia where people infected with leprosy are locked in.


 


                      


This is really an interesting book series there are a lot about Africa in it and other Third World countries. (Cambodia , Northern- Korea , Turkmenistan)


I don't know if you heard of the author a lot of his books have been translated into English


 Vulity Tvritko.


They are worth reading.

And there was a story about a dictator who replaced the month January with his own name. He closed down all the hospitals exept the ones in the capitol This is true. He is "His Exellency Sapamurat Niyazov President of Turkmenistan"
