Does anyone know how the Gateshead date is selling?... Hope to god this one isn't cancelled too!!!!!!.... Will be flying over from the states for this one... Was originally hoping to see the Wimbledon show (but guess that was never an option).... Anyone know WHY the cancellations???
Another one flying in. Good luck. I'm afraid I couldn't make this gig, but I hope it goes ahead for you. I only wish I knew why there were cancellations, I'm feeling extremely disappoined and I'm lucky as I saw a fantastic gig at Cardiff.
I'm going to Gateshead (Sheff being cancelled). I bought my tickets yesterday (17 Nov) for the stalls. This holds approx 540 seats. They have put me in 8 rows back. So assuming say 12 seats per row, they have sold approx 96 to 100 tickets in the first stalls. There is an upper tier and side views with cheaper prices, but the views are pooer too.
I would say that it is only about a fifth full at the moment, but hey theres 3 weeks to go. If the Stylistics or some brass band can manage to play this venue at similar prices to Bob, then so can he. Promoter get your arse into gear!
I brought tickets for Leicester this week and got row 9. But they were aisle seat which they some times hold back just incase some one needs wheelchair access, so the ticket sales may not be that bad.
