Not sure about the hat.  Or the shirt.  It sounds similar to the Late Late Show and The One Show, with more profanity, but have a watch and listen.

Interestingly, at the end he says he'll play and sing those fcuking songs with the Rats any day of the week.  That's good.  I'll hold him to that.

Yes pretty much a script, act cleaned up where it is necessary. . He speaks it as though it is new each time and doesn't sound rehearsed. Good actor .

I don't think Bobby Boomtown really understands the impact of manipulating LIBOR nor why he'd get so angry about it.   The main winners/losers were corporations betting on rate movements.  At worst, an individual might be paying less than half a percent extra on their mortgage, but as many of the banks were actually lowering their submissions, in all likelihood, most people taking out mortgages in the period in question around 2007, were probably getting a great deal. A lot of banks and building societies were offering trackers at 2% over Bank of England base rate, and many people, self included, took them up and now pay peanuts for their mortgages.  This was such a fcuked up policy that Nationwide lose close to a billion pounds per annum, and will continue to do so until all the mortgages expire.  Other banks are in a similar position.  So the winners in this case are Joe Public.  Well at least 700,000 Nationwide mortgage holders.

...experts suggest that the artificially low figures, filed between 2007 and 2009, covered up the amount of financial stress that the bank was under, by making it look as if it was paying less to borrow money. Those seen as higher risk are charged more to borrow.

LIBOR is small fry compared with the effects of the government diluting our money and raiding our pensions with quantative easing and fixing the interest rate at 0.5%.   Easier to bash the bankers than the politicians who you might want to get some funding from.

And as for the 3,000 cameras taking my picture everyday, whatever next?  Truant tags?   Someone's Looking At You kids, so don't fcuking bunk off!

I bet Bob has one or two security cameras around his Davinton Priory mansion and his other houses.
