A slight variant on this has just been shown on BBC 4 called Top of the Pops 1979 Big Hits. This did include the Mondays video being introduced by Kid Jensen when at 15. 'A new entry from the irrepressible Boomtown Rats'.
A better show. Not radically different to the February show but some important overlooks featured.
These recaps seem to rewriting totp history. Watched one the other night with t rex and bowie but no slade nor sweet. I could be wrong but I'm sure the latter appeared far more times than the former.
