Someone always has a bit more than me for anything I bid for on eBay.  Shame I didn't know about this sooner cos I could have applied for tickets via the BBC website.

Anyway, more importantly, I hope it is A Tonic for the Troops that they select, however there is always the fear that Geldof feels V Deep is of more significance. I suppose it could be the debut LP or Surfacing.

Did look this up and there are a few free podcasts of it on iTunes. Downloaded Wilko Johnson, Paul Weller and Ray Davies to listen to later. Hopefully the Rats get the same treatment.

Outbid!  Currently at £360.  Anyone fancy a shared bid?

Maybe two of us could bid enough, but might be worth waiting a bit and get some idea of what it will cost.  Suspect that by the end it'd be cheaper to hire the Rats for a private party!
