Gosh! I wonder if there will be a showing on a big screen in little old London. Pulp had their movie simulcast throughout the UK with a Q&A broadcast from Sheffield afterwards. I had to watch it in Fulham Broadway on the doorstep of the other football club in Fulham prior to heading off to see Lorde and Arcade Fire in the last ever gig at Earl's Court.

Not sure but think it will have limited run at selected cinemas before going on Netflix? The Dublin premier is part of the annual Dublin Film Festival sponsored by Virgin Media.
To be honest can't see thousands rushing out to their local film emporiums to watch a documentary about the Rats. If it's good and well made being on Netflix should be a good platform. I've seen clips on Canadian TV (Geldof was in Toronto)so expect lots of talking heads.
I see The Lighthouse is on at the Castle cinema. I really liked it, Willem Defoe is brilliant and it's weird, funny and totally worth going to see. Cinema is always good value. The Irishman was another excellent film this year and 1917 was the best movie I've been to in a while.

Went to see JoJo Rabbit recently. Superb movie. The Irishman was a very limited release and only at Everyman cinemas for £20/ticket. Not good value at all, so I got Netflix for £6 in December to watch it.
I would say less than 30 turned up for the Pulp movie in Fulham Broadway, so if the Rats film is shown a single showing at the Castle would fit the bill The very nearby Chats Palace would be good for a post movie Rats gig. Jarvis played there last summer but alas it was sold out before I heard about it.
