Think this is different to the Japanese concerts previously on You Tube. In this one, Diamond Smiles ending mashes with Go Man Go. Definitely at the top of their game here.

Bob states that this is the first time the Rats have performed Diamond Smiles live.
This concert is different to the video version from Tokyo so must have been recorded at a different gig. Apart from the May 1 gig the Rats played the Sun Hall Plaza Tokyo on 28 April 1980. The are credited with playing Shibuya Kokaido Tokyo on 6 May. This is according to Concerts Fandom Wiki which seems pretty comprehensive in their Rats gigs listings.
They played a few other Japanese gigs as well eg Kobe , Osaka,so maybe one of these is the source of this concert recording. Sound quality is excellent so most likely originates from FM radio, certainly not a cheap bootleg.
Interesting little mini song during Joey, sort of Lou Reedish. Thanks Mark for linking to this and pointing out that it may be different to the video concert, otherwise I would not have investigated further and presumed it was just the audio from the Live in Tokyo video.
Maybe Derek might know more about this?
