... not those for the extra tracks on the Anthology though (it hadn't been released when the list was made).
Does anyone know if the lyrics for the extra Anthology tracks are available ... as I think we're aware, the CD booklet says they're on bobgeldof.info, but am I right in thinking they never made it there?
I've just checked the Anthology booklet to make sure I wasn't imagining things. Sure enough, right after the lyrics to 10:15 it says "For lyrics to bonus tracks, please see www.bobgeldof.info".
I wonder if emails to the website about this would be read, or even acted upon [doubt it]; Bob's lyrics *are* musically related, aren't they?
Though I wonder if lyrics are judged to be for 'fans' or as 'information':
"bobgeldof.info is not a fan website. it is purely an information site on Bob Geldof's music career."

I did send a PM on this but it was never answered.
I emailed ages ago about the bonus track lyrics-no reply. One suggestion, we could take one song each, transcribe them here and send the lyrics to Sabine? I have already started with Life is the Hardest Thing. His diction is not good at times, but I have picked an easy one.

I'm not sure what the reference to Sabine is, but Scottie - ARE YOU TOTALLY MAD??
Sorry, but we all payed for the Anthology, which includes the lyrics to the bonus tracks; the statement in the Anthology booklet re their availability is just as valid as the credits.
It would look a bit strange if the booklet said Executive Producer:
Pete Briquette just might want that blank filled in, and as buyers of the CDs, we are entitled to know who the Exec. Producer was.
Just as we're entitled to the lyrics for the bonus tracks.

I don't think that's picky at all. It's more like trying to find the logic in the illogical.
WHO is the information for? And given it's purely about Bob's musical career (as we also keep being reminded of), is it for everyone who doesn't like Bob's music (BTR or solo)? Logic dictates the info can't be for those who do appreciate Bob's musical work, because those people are commonly known as 'fans'. And it's not a fan site.
Ahhhh. But the public speaking engagement would have to be restricted to his musical career, nothing else. But only people who don't appreciate that career could go. Otherwise the dreaded fan might attend.
