Since there's been a lot of negativity here (Worst rats song.. whether or not we're sick of Mondays..) I figure let's do some positivity and list our ten favorites.. they don't HAVE to be in specific order, but in my case, they are.

Sir Bob Geldof has vowed never to arrange another Live 8 gig - because he is getting too old.
The poverty-awareness campaigner, who has just been named 2005 Man of Peace, organised Live Aid in 1985 and Live 8 this year (05) - but doesn't think he will have the stamina to do it again as a pension...
It appears that spc1970 is gone. He left me with some words of wisdom.

Don't know if Bonnie ever had a career outside the US, but I'm thrilled to be seeing her in December. I probably haven't seen her live since the 70s. An esssential touchstone of all women of my generation - there was, and is, something riveting about seeing a red-haired, white woman playi...

I was thinking earlier today, what are we ratfans called? For example, Adam Ants fans are Antpeople, and aren't Greatfull Dead fans called Deadheads? So I was just wondering if there's anything like that that we lot can be called?

BBC in the US on the news showed a clip of Sir Bob addressing the crowd as the sun finally reappeared at Glastonbury. Very moving. Hurray for Sir Bob!! Right on!! Did anyone here go to Glastonbury, by chance, and see the moment when the audience joined hands?
OK, after all these years of waiting, the albums are all on CD (and the Best of) and the promos are on on DVD along with a couple of gigs.
Is that it?

I saw it that some of you have been pictured with Bob. (Unfortunatelly a lot of them are too small) It would be great if you could send some pictures in bigger size. Thank you.
ArrGee (or Ian and Tina?), I just wanted to say I like the photos of Bob here above the message board! Much better than the stupid advertisement banner on it's own. And the new post-it symbol for sticky threads! Thanks for adding that.
I saw Bob Geldof on Parkinson playing what looked like a right-handed guitar, left handedly. ie. with the thickest strings at the bottom. Is this how he usually plays guitar? Anyone know?
